The Christopher Stephen Corporation designs and integrates custom automation equipment for industrial applications. From concept to installation, we deliver solutions that work.
What we build and integrate
We handle the full spectrum of automation. Whether you need a single component or a complete system, we engineer it, build it, and make it work in your operation.
Custom automation solutions
Equipment designed from the ground up to match your exact production requirements and operational goals.
Turnkey automation systems
Complete systems delivered ready to run, with full training and operational support included.
Automated assembly lines
Precision assembly systems built to handle complex operations with consistent speed and accuracy.
Pass-through inspection systems
Vision systems, leak testing, and electrical verification integrated directly into your production flow.
Robot Integration & EOAT Development
Fanuc ASI certified integration paired with custom end-of-arm tooling designed for your specific application.
Precision Material Handling
Systems that move, position, and manage materials with the accuracy and reliability your operation depends on.
Advanced Prototyping
Validate concepts and refine designs before full production with our rapid prototyping capabilities.
Fabrication & Machining
In-house fabrication delivers control and precision from raw component to finished assembly.
What sets us apart
Results that matter to your bottom line
Efficiency gains from day one
Every system we build is engineered to deliver measurable productivity improvements from the very first shift on the floor.
Solutions engineered for your needs
Designed around your specific products, processes, and production so it fits your operation from the start.
Four decades of proven performance
Forty years of building automation gives us the experience to anticipate challenges and deliver dependable results.
From concept to running system
Engineering, fabrication, and installation under one roof. Here's how it works.
Engineering & Design
We design every component before anything is built: drawings, 3D models, and a complete order ready before machining starts.
Project Management
Your project gets a dedicated manager who coordinates engineering, machining, and assembly and stays in direct contact with your team.
Prototyping
Every machine is one of one. We test and validate before production so differences get resolved here, not on your floor.
Build & Manufacturing
Machining, fabrication, and assembly all in-house. No outside vendors. Your quoted ETA reflects a schedule we control end-to-end.
Installation
Our team installs on-site. We built it, so commissioning is faster and any issues get resolved on the spot.
Post-Install Support is Ongoing
Post-install support from the team who built it.
When something comes up, you're talking to engineers who know the machine cold.

FAQ
Answers to questions we hear most often about our services and process.
Timeline depends on complexity and scope. A large assembly line might take a year (which is standard), or a small machine might take 20 weeks. We're realistic about timelines because we know it impacts your business case.
Every project is custom, so every price is custom. Just reach out to us.
No project is too small. We regularly take on hundred-dollar machine jobs and we enjoy them.
Yes, we can integrate with existing equipment.
We're control system and robot agnostic. We can work with all major brands of controls (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Bosch) and any robot brand your project requires. While we have more experience with some systems than others, we're willing to work with whatever controls platform you need.
Yes, we have a dedicated project manager who manages our resources and communicates with your project manager (if you have one) to ensure alignment on schedules and deliverables.
