Do you work with other robot brands?

Yes. While we are a FANUC Authorized System Integrator, we've also integrated cells using Kuka, UR (Universal Robots), Epson, Yaskawa, and ABB platforms. We'll recommend the right brand for your application and budget, not just the one we're certified in.

What is end-of-arm tooling?

It is the device attached to the robot wrist that does the work. We design and build custom grippers, vacuum systems, and servo tools for your specific part geometry and process.

How long does integration take?

It depends on the complexity of the project. Single-cell integrations move faster, while multi-robot or highly customized cells take longer to design, build, and install. We'll give you a detailed schedule after the initial concept review.

Can you retrofit existing robots?

We can. If you have older robots still in good mechanical condition, we can add new tooling, vision, and safety systems to bring the cell up to current production standards.

Do you handle installation and training?

Yes. Our team installs the cell at your facility, runs it through full validation, and trains your operators and maintenance staff before we hand over the keys.

What parts do you typically handle?

We have handled parts from small electronic components to heavy castings. The tooling and cell design are built around your part weight, material, and required cycle time.

Is robotic automation worth the cost?

For repetitive, high-volume, or dangerous tasks, the payback is often faster than you'd expect. A robot is also an asset you can reconfigure as your production needs change, not a fixed cost that locks you in. We can run an ROI analysis on your specific application before you commit.

Do you offer service after launch?

We support every cell we build. That includes spare parts, programming changes, and on-site service calls when you need them.

Does TCSC do AMRs or AGVs?

Yes. We design the integration your facility needs, from overall system layout to custom top modules, including navigation and safety zoning and communication with your existing equipment. We mock up drive paths early on so the vehicles work with your layout and workflow from day one.
