What causes most jams?

Can you match our rate?

Yes. We size the conveyor, indexer, and transfer to your cycle time. The system runs at your speed without forcing parts.

Do you work with existing lines?

We integrate with what you have. We can replace a bad transfer, add a new indexer, or tie into your current assembly and inspection stations.

How do you test it?

As part of the factory acceptance test (FAT) process, we run your parts through the system before it ships. We find the failure points in our shop, not on your floor.

What about odd part shapes?

We build custom nests and grippers for your exact part. The shape does not matter if the fixture holds it right.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the scope. A single transfer mechanism is faster than a full line. We give you a schedule after the first engineering review.

Do you handle installation?

Yes. We install, debug, and prove the system at your facility. We stay until it runs clean.

What if it still jams?
