01 / The challenge

New state performance requirements meant products needed testing following design improvements. A single stand needed to accommodate multiple product families and variants.

02 / The solution

TCSC designed a versatile stand that operators configure for each test. A recipe-driven actuator works with a load cell, torque transducer, analog sensors and pneumatic cylinders to test push force, torque and analog measurements. Each result is stored for export and future reference.

03 / The outcome

The stand supports mechanical and electrical testing across multiple product families, with retained results for traceability. The supplied description identifies nine product families, each with approximately six variants, and reports capability for 100% quality testing.
