TCSC combined formulation, automated mixing, metering and dispensing with custom molds, automated demolding and drying before bulk packing. A common tool supports different internal product shapes and sizes. Recipe-based controls manage the process, while a custom vertical clamping conveyor provides the required foaming residence time within a practical footprint.

The team reports that the machine remains in production more than 15 years after it was built, retaining compatibility with the product range. The line supports multiple foam-part shapes and sizes with minimal changeover requirements.
